Choose your challenges
Open your Challenge Cards and pick the ones that inspire you most. Each challenge helps you grow, earn XP, and move closer to your next badge.

Record and reflect
After each challenge, use your journal to write, draw, or doodle what you learned. Reflection helps you see how much you’re growing along the way.

Earn your badge
At your next check-in, show your Navigator what you completed. If you reached 1,000 XP, you’ll earn this month’s badge as a sign of your effort and growth.
